Service description

Workspace Conduit AI provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables AI assistants to interact with your Google Workspace files (Docs, Sheets, Slides) on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how your MCP client uses the tools provided by this service.
• You must have the right to access and modify the Google files you interact with through this service.
• Keep your session token secure. Do not share it publicly.

Service availability

Workspace Conduit AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will be error-free. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

Workspace Conduit AI is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials, or actions taken by AI assistants using the provided tools.

Account termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for accounts that abuse the service, exceed rate limits, or violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
